    Hi everyone,
    I have been using Complianz for a while now and in general it works great.

    I just have a problem with reCaptcha blocking. I am using the Avada theme and the included form builder. It comes with a reCaptcha integration.

    Now if I enable reCaptcha blocking in Complianz it does block it, but the placeholder does not show up. So I cannot enable it in the form.

    I did some experiments with the WP Forms integration (https://complianz.io/how-to-implement-recaptcha-and-consent-for-wp-forms/) but it only works halfway. I have a button that enables reCaptcha, but it does not hide the submit button and it does not disappear after reCaptcha is enabled. So the usability is not great.

    Is there any way to get the placeholder to work with Avada forms?
    Or can I get the complete functionality of the manual WP Forms implementation somehow?

    Regards,
    Sara

    Hi @larvafashion,

    Could you try this as button:

    <button data-service="recaptcha" data-category="marketing" class="cmplz-blocked-content-container cmplz-blocked-content-notice cmplz-accept-service cmplz-accept-marketing cmplz-wpforms"
    style="text-align: left; cursor: pointer;">
    Click here to accept reCaptcha cookies before sending the form.
    </button>

    I will set-up Avada to see if I can make the submit button appear/dissapear on option.

    regards Aert

    Hi Aert,

    Thank you for your help and sorry for the late reply.

    The button you added above is exactly what I used in my partially working version. It enables reCaptcha, but doesn’t hide/show the submit button and it doesn’t disappear after reCaptcha was enabled.

    Did you have a chance to test it with Avada?

    Regards,
    Sara
