ReCaptcha appears on every page/no plugin

Hi guys! I am having an issue with ReCaptcha. It appears on every page on my website, however, I do not have the plugin installed. I did delete it a while ago but the captcha is still there. I tried searching in my functions.php file to see if there is anything in there that could be causing the issue but can’t find anything relevant.
