We are sorry you are experiencing issues with ReCaptcha.

Unfortunately, Wordfence’s Login/Registration Security methods such as ReCaptcha and 2FA are only supported on the standard WordPress and WooCommerce login and registration pages.

We are unfortunately unable to support custom login forms at this time.

I understand that WF is not supported for custom login, and it’s only supported for WP and Woo Login. If this is the case, it shouldn’t have conflicted with the custom login. When this feature is enabled, the custom login is affected. Users who attempted to log in using the front end custom login, “Elementor Login Widget”, cannot log in, so this is supposedly not correct. Correct me if I am wrong. I had done a couple of tests on multiple sites, and all the front end is affected when it’s unrelated to Woo Or WP. They may be associated, but their codes are indeed unrelated.

I have tried using PowerPack Addons, The Plus Add ons, Elementor Add On, and Crocoblock, all of them are, in fact, having the same issue. So there must be something missed.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Sorry for the confusion.

While they are not supported, the login page that is being used can have issues with the ReCaptcha, even if it is a custom login.

That is why we say it is unsupported, as in some cases there may be no issues, but others will cause issues.
