ReCAPTCHA

Hi, our website as been up and running for 5years or so now, lately we have been receiving lots of spam via our customer contact form, which is a pain. I have tried to set up a CAPTCHA so that customers have to press “i am not a robot” before they send. I have obtained the site and secret keys and checked v2 reCHAPTCHA, however when i go to edit the form the option to add the reCHAPTCHA is not showing (i did follow an online tutorial) is this because i am using WP Forms Lite?
