    I can not log on to my webpage
    I go to my website/wp-login.php page

    I consantly get the message ERROR : Incorrect ReCaptcha, please try again
    and then get locked out after five attempts

    i enter user name & password then tick the I am not a robot tick square then press enter but just get the error message

    all i have found on the forum is fixing plug ins once you get on but i cant get there to check anything

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Is this something a non computor dude should be attemtping or should I find a computor dude to do for me
    Have been going round and round in circles starting with your advice but still cant get anywhere

    is there any way of contacting someone at wordpress that can reset the recaptcha so i can get back on?
