how can I recalculate reviews as it is saying “7customer ratings(6?customer reviews)

but in fact there is “1-5 of 16 reviews” lower in the actual review section.

PS. feel free to give me a sql command to run in phpmyadmin if this is the only way to fix this.

    best,

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

Now I see 13 reviews in the star rating under the product title and in the reviews section, screenshot https://imgur.com/a/1DsYmfR

yes I know. I used phpmyadmin to set reviews I had imported from etsy to the correct product. They appeared but the count was off. When I deleted the last comment and instead of using phpmyadmin imported it within your import template it corrected the count.

But how can I achieve the same thing with phpmyadmin ?

It looks like you forgot to update some table with phpmyadmin. Therefore, the count of reviews wasn’t updated.
