    Hello

    The Plugin is not recalculating the costs/proft if we refund something in the order. how can this be fixed?

    Hi @cr0co ,

    Have you tried our refunds option over Orders > Refunds?

    Example:

    • Set the option “Orders > Refunds > Refund calculation” as Subtract each item's refund amount from profit
    • Enable the option “Orders > Refunds > Item quantity > Calculate quantity by excluding refunded items

    Hi @cr0co ,

    Most probably, you just need to recalculate the order.

    You can simply access the order page on admin and update it, or you can try to recalculate all the orders using our tool:

    • Tools & Reports > Orders recalculation tool > Recalculate orders

    in free version i cant recalculate the order with this option.

    I’m afraid you’re right. I’m sorry for suggesting the option here on the free version. It’s only available on the pro version.

    The only alternative on free version would be to update the orders manually.

    Anyway, that would be required only for previous orders. The new orders will work just fine.
