Rebuilding WP at Network solutions.

I rebuild/reinstalled the word press through NetSol.(Network Solutiuons Hosting package)https://www.networksolutions.com/web-hosting/wordpress/index.jsp

I have the full copy of the old version of the wpfiles but cannot see any of my old pages or posts. My old “uploaded” files contain images and video, which existed on my html server but the db is no longer conected to these files. I no nothing about db, mysql or phpMyAdmin. I can not see any of the copy. Where is that stored?

I have moved the old “uploads” files to the new “uploads” folder, ftp based, but they do not appear in the new rebuilt blog, upgraded to 2.8.4
How can I restore those old files? or how can I get to the actual data/copy to manually add it?
