Rebuild the GUI of Melodiefabriek.nl

I changed the GUI, but I kept a lot of things from the standard one. It’s a cool mix I think.

I am not an CSS expert, but I am learning. Need to say I still think the style-sheet can be cleaner and more compact. Needs time. There are also small differences between IE and Firefox.

Any MAC users? I would like to see if it works nicely on Safari too.
