Reblogging

I have a plugin that I think is what I am looking for however it seems to be broken and need someone to help me fix the issue…..I knew it wasn’t working right because I saw no difference when I posted. How I think the plug should be working is when you reblog an old post, it should include or post back to the original blog post. So I enabled debug and sure enough I saw the following error.

Plugin: reblog-redirect-new-to-old
Error: [01-Oct-2018 05:26:07 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: post_ID in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/reblog-redirect-new-to-old/index.php on line 80

Can anyone assist me in debugging this?

Basically I am looking for a plugin that can repost a past blog I wrote, add some updates or comments, reference the old post date then publish it. If there is a better plugin that does this then I will abandon this and go with that but so far I haven’t found one that worked.
