When I manually archive an email and then the user register again the status remain archived instead of subscribed. Can I change this?

I still don’t know why, while I have 902 WP Users, on mailchimp are 896 subscribed.
I wanted to sync them but it seems not to work.
    I chose butches like:

Resync contact IDs and tags for every user
    Push user meta

    Hot tu resync all users?

I don’t why and how but this double optin was checked on wp fusion settings.
profile grid only manages wp users for community, othing with mailchimp.
Iwill test now with unchecked douple optin by fusion

I will test now, is it somehow possible to have this last users for marketing/newsletters?

Ok then that explains why the double opt-in email was being sent ??

That should fix it if you un-check the double opt-in setting.

The users who signed up while you had “Double Optin” checked will either need to confirm their email address via double opt-in or sign up again… I don’t believe there is a way to opt them in retroactively.

It is really frustrating. I unchecked, purched cache, registered testuser33 and it ist still without marketing rights ??

Can you try again with a real email address? I believe the word “test” is special with Mailchimp.

You also can’t use @test.com, @example.com, etc. These are special addresses.

Maybe also check with Mailchimp support to see if your list is set up correctly. If you enabled Double Opt-In in WP Fusion, it’s possible you enabled it somewhere else as well.

I didn’t enable, I disabled this option as I wrote on Fusion, hoping this solve the problem. I will try another emails.

Same same, completly new email, again without marketing.
mailchimp for confirmation didn’t com wich is good but didn’t solve a problem ??

Sorry to hear that. It would probably be best at this point to contact Mailchimp support.

As you can see, WP Fusion is adding the subscriber and setting them to “opted in”:

Added via API on Juli 18th at 6:29 vorm. Central European Summer Time

Opted in on Juli 18th at 6:29 vorm. Central European Summer Time

So everything is working on our end. There must be some setting in Mailchimp that is disabling marketing.

As well, on a clean site with a new Mailchimp trial, everything is working correctly— all new subscribers are enabled for marketing without requiring a double opt-in. So my guess is it’s some setting in your Mailchimp account. Let us know if Mailchimp support is able to figure it out for you and we will make a note in case anyone has this problem in the future ??

    Thread Starter jaroslawistok

    (@jaroslawistok)

But somehow it switched to enable double optin by mailchimp in your plugin settings ??
Maybe after update now as standard. I never changed this …

I will write in case I find a solution

I guess there is no support for free mailchimp user

    Hello

I was testing and testing, resetet plugin, now coneccted with other CRM.
I see that curiously now new test users are all subscribed (with different CRM or even wp fusion off).
I ask me how they sync, maybe with mailchimp woocommerce plugin?
It seems to be that problem between 2 plugins.

-Now I would only like to know how I could resubscribe this users form 2-3 Weeks ??

I didn’t get any support from mailchimp for free version.

-Do You plan support for sender.net?

    (@verygoodplugins)

@jaroslawistok Yes the Mailchimp WooCommerce plugin will do that, I think this is related to the same issue I linked to earlier: https://github.com/mailchimp/mc-woocommerce/issues/411

You will probably need to disable that plugin, or contact their support. If that plugin creates the subscriber first as transactional, then WP Fusion will not be able to update the status later.

To create the subscriber as marketable, it has to be created by WP Fusion, not another plugin ??

We do currently have a feature request open for sender.net, https://wpfusion.com/feature-requests/sender-net/, but it only has one vote at the moment. If you vote or comment on it, it will subscribe you to updates ??

I guess the problem is when both are on.
Woocommerce for chimp now works properly.
I use fusion now for Sendinblue parallel ??

Woocommerce has settings an option to show havein newsletter for customer or not.
If someone set it invisible it will shown by mailchimp not marketable.
When you let it show ticket or not, mailchimp shows it as subscriber.
As I remeber it is only for buyer/customer. Other wp user will be synced as subscribed ??
So it is fair i mean ??
