  • Hi chadcf92,

You would need to specify the plugin to use the custom product page layout that you created by navigating to the “Premium” area of the “Options” tab and selecting “Custom Product Page” as the “Product Page Type”.

WooCommerce shop page is set to the same page you have the “Product Catalog” shortcode on. You could remove that by navigating to the “Products” tab from the “WordPress sidebar -> “WooCommerce” area.

You would need to set the “Product Page Type” to “Tabbed Product Page” by navigating to the “Premium” area of the “Options” tab. Then you would also need to enable the respective options for “Product Page Elements (Additional Info)” by navigating to the “Basic” area of the “Options” tab.
Also, to enable the contact form you would need to enable the option “Product Inquiry Form” by navigating to the “Premium” area of the “Options” tab. Please note that you would also need to install the “Contact Form 7” plugin for the contact form functionality to work.

    Hi.

Thanks for your help. Everything worked fine.

I can’t find where I can add content in the “Informations supplémentaires”. This tab is the “Additionnal information” tab.

I would like to add custom text content in it (https://imgur.com/a/ArJcsq8).

Also, I would like to have a “Product inquiry form” when I click “Pay” from my cart. For now, I end up on a missing page (https://imgur.com/a/poCIGqs) even if those two options are enabled (https://imgur.com/a/Q1In4BJ).

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi chadcf92,

Custom fields would be the best way to add content to the “Additional information” tab. When creating a custom field, make sure to select “Yes” in the “Display in Tabbed Layout?” option.
Note: To add a large amount of text (such as the “INFORMATION TECHNIQUE” text from your screenshot), we would suggest choosing the ‘Text area’ type.

The product inquiry form can only appear on product page (in this case, it’s appearing under the “Nous contacter” tab). If you’re using Woocommerce Sync, you’ll have to disable the product inquiry cart.

    Hi,

I’m sorry to bother you this much. I’m really trying to understand all this by myself with your doc and Youtube tutorials, but I feel like there are some important directives that are missing there for slower people like me.

I selected “Yes” in the “Display in Tabbed Layout?” and added some text in the section from my product page. (See screenshots: https://imgur.com/a/mZx4ecB). And yet, I still have nothing that is displayed (See screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/AC3RcgQ).

So I totally disabled WooCommerce since I don’t need it for the moment. I turned the WooCommerce Sync off, disabled the plugin and deleted the pages. How can I get rid of those link: https://imgur.com/a/vtwuEuL

I looked at every option I had in the “Option” tab and can’t find where.

    Thanks for your support.

    Hi chadcf92,

You could do that in an alternate way by following the below steps.

Create a new custom field by navigating to the “Custom Fields” tab. Now if you navigate to the “Product Page” tab, under “Tabs” section, you could add a new tab to the product page. To add a new tab, enter the title of the tab in “Tab Name” and in contents enter the slug of the custom field enclosed in square brackets for example if the slug of your custom field is “my-custom-field” then put the following as the content of the tab: “[my-custom-field]”.
Now navigate to the “Product” edit page and you would be able to enter the details for each product under the “Custom Fields” sub-section which would automatically be shown for the said product on the front-end.
