Reason for “This plugin has been closed…”

    As clearly stated on this plugin :
    “This plugin has been closed as of March 20, 2020 and is not available for download. Reason: Guideline Violation.

    Can you explain what the guideline violation is/was?

    Is there a security-issue with this plugin?
