Reason for Deletion Filter

    Interesting feature request! How would you imagine this works? Is the reason saved somewhere or only sent with the notification?

    It should be sent with the notification as well as being saved to the form on notes or any custom field.

    The reason form should be triggered upon clicking the delete button.
