• I recently downloaded version 3.5.0 for the free evolve theme under the impression that I could rearrange the elements of the Bootstrap slider. I’ve been unable to figure out how to do this.

I’d like to be able to move the captions on the Bootstrap slider around to make them centered like they were in the previous version. Either that or I’d like to move the images towards the right side of the slider (the current pictures I’m using don’t fill up the entire slider).

Is there any way to edit and rearrange the position of the Bootstrap slider elements? I’d appreciate any input! Thanks!

  • Hi,

It can only be done using custom css.

    Hi,
Having the same problem after updating Evolve theme. The Bootstrap slider is ruined angsviolen.se. How to move/rearrange the text box and change it’s dimensions? I want the previous design back. How to completely remove the navigation arrows from the slider?

Thanks for the input Denzel and for taking the time to respond.

I’ve given up on attempting to adjust the bootstrap slider back to its old appearance. Instead, I disabled the bootstrap slider and enabled the Parallax slier.

Honestly, I like the Parallax slider more than the Bootstrap slider. It’s clean and very dynamic. You can see it in action on this website: https://aplaceintheconversation.com. It works for what I need it to do, but it may not work for everyone.

In that case, I guess editing the CSS is the only way to revert it back to something of its old appearance.
