rearranged products not showing in shop

  • hello, I have rearranged the products via the plugin but its not showing in the shop.
    I have checked that the trouble shooting
    Go to WordPress Admin > Appearance > Customize
    Select “Woocommerce” from left and go to “Product Catalogue”
    Now here check for “Default Product Sorting”.
    Make sure it is set to “Default sorting (custom ordering + name)”

    and it’s still not working.
    I only have 28 products so it cant be a memory thing.
    Please help.
