Rearrange pricing in side cart

  • Hello,
    we use Side Cart Pro and would like to rearrange the price listing in side cart as following:

    1. Subtotal
    2. Voucher
    3. VAT
    4. Shipping

    at the moment it is:
    1. Subtotal
    2. Shipping
    3. VAT
    4. Voucher

    …how can this be done?

    Also, where can we rename “Voucher”? We use WPML but it doesn’t recognize this string.
