Realtim export of sold serials/api

Dear developers,

We are using Magento but looking into moving to Woocommerce.

Situation:
We sell serial codes.
The process: after a succesfull sale,
the data is exported to a csv on our server for further processing. It can also be an api call or something. But the data needs to be shared and exported as json, csv, webhook et.

Is such a thing possible with this plugin? So, is everything locally stored in a database and can order export modules work with your plugin?

Reasoning behind my question
Of course, I do not expect a out-of-the-box solution. But some serial key solutions are externally hosted or stored in a weird way, and are not compatible with order export in any simple way.
