Really useful plugin, solves a major gap in WordPress

This is a great plugin for capturing additional data that can be used elsewhere via get_user_meta() to get the data for a given user. This saves you having to code the interface for the user to register with additional data, and allows it to be used in another plugin or viewed as part of the user data when logged in as admin. I have found it really useful, and it saved me a week of coding.
