  • I had the same problem, in the end I was forced to disable the plugin, I couldn’t open the site backend anymore.

@astounddotmedia @kebiro thanks for your feedback! Which version were you running?

In the last updates, we made several improvements in the way the plugin works internally in order to improve performance and reduce the impact in the backend. I would suggest trying the last version of the plugin (0.15.x) and checking if the problems are solved.

If you have access to it, you can use WP-CLI to run Action Scheduler tasks, that would speed-up the generation of reports. That shouldn’t be necessary but might help in really big stores with thousands of orders and products.

@aljullu Thanks. I think I had an older version. I will test the latest one. What is “WP-CLI to run Action Scheduler?”

@astounddotmedia thank you, let us know if you still have issues with the last version.

WP-CLI is a command line interface for WordPress, you can read more about it here:

    https://wp-cli.org/

You can use it to run the tasks that fill WooCommerce Admin with data, and it might bring a small performance benefit in big stores. If you want to use it, you should contact your server provider to know if you have access to it or not.
