Really Simple SSL is generating Error 0

Hello,
I just uninstalled, re-installed, and re-activated?Really Simple SSL and I’m seeing this error:

“A problem was detected during the loading of the settings
The request returned the following errors:
0″

My host provided the following request after checking on their end:
“In this case the certificate itself seems issued, with a proper
expiration date and installed, but if this is related to the specific
plugin settings, the error doesn’t point to a specific reason in any of
the documentation, so we will need more details on what changes are
required from the developer.”

Please let me know if you can provide additional information for this error.
