Really Simple Share for forums

I would like to use Really simple share on my forums to share forum posts or topics.
I’m currently using simple:press plugin as forum.

Is there any way to use Really Simple Share on forum posts? If yes, wich code lines should I add to my template files?

it should work. You can check on settings page >> Show share buttons in custom post types under Advanced settings should display forum posts as custom type. Select it, and that should do your work.
