Really Simple CAPTCHA not working

    I’ve installed Really Simple CAPTCHA together with Contact Form 7. I’ve check and GD and freetype are both installed and enabled:
    GD Support enabled
    GD Version bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
    FreeType Support enabled
    FreeType Linkage with freetype
    FreeType Version 2.4.3
    GIF Read Support enabled
    GIF Create Support enabled
    JPEG Support enabled
    libJPEG Version 6b
    PNG Support enabled
    libPNG Version 1.2.46
    WBMP Support enabled
    XBM Support enabled

    Directive Local Value Master Value
    gd.jpeg_ignore_warning 0 0

    I’ve also checked the rights to the temp folder. When I load a page with the Captcha on it, it looks like the temp files are being created but all I get on the page is the broken image symbol.

    Windows Server 2008 R2 Web Server Edition Service Pack 1

    Any ideas?
