• The plugin might be great but to get the best out of it you need a Linux professional to help you Tune it, and so i ordered the $200 Linux optimization and plugin configuration.
    After payment I submitted full details via the form and submit, but received no confirmation anything was submitted, so i repeated the process and still no confirmation of any kind. Also received no email from W3TC confirming my payment. No indication details was received, no indication when work will start, no indication what to expect or when it will be completed.

    So i send a email to Willie Jackson, Director of Web Optimization, containing all the details i submitted via the form. Received a rely back, basically asking me to send the details ( which i already did , 3 times ).

    I followed up several more emails but heard nothing back. Will wait a few days more then proceed with a dispute

    So whilst the Plugin itself is good the support is really poor and i dont recommend anyone to order any of the paid services.
    I am not alone in this and i have seen several other post with similar complaints but those post got deleted after some time ( very conveniently )

    Hoping for a positive outcome

    Glad to update that work has finally started on my server after this post and a follow up email.

    Received some emails from Willie with recommendations and suggestions. And this alone has already improved performance.

    I will update my server performance pre and post the paid optimization and then a final feedback once all are completed.

    Just glad things finally started to move forward

    I have not heard anything again for over 36 hours.

    It has been 1 day short from 1 week ago that i ordered, and so far basically NOTHING has been done apart from 2 new plugins that was installed on my site.

    The plugin ( W3TC ) is exactly as it was a week ago and nothing has been done on my server either.

    At this time i am not very impressed with the way these guys conduct business –poor communication, lack of responsibility and not fulfilling orders

    Again another day has gone past and despite my sending a email to both Frederick and Willie, i received no response and nothing has been done.

    It is now 1 week since i ordered and paid $200 for Linux server optimization and plugin configuration.

    Will clear some work and then proceed with a Paypal Dispute
