Really nice gateway but support is TERRIBLE

It worked great for almost a year then just stopped working.
Followed all the procedures suggested on their website:
Provide all logs, enable debug, provide a list of all plugins, create an admin login for them.
Then spent 6 fruitless hours back and forth on WhatsApp with a chat centre operator who was acting as a liaison between me and their so-called “technical” team. And now it’s 3PM on a Friday afternoon, and not a peep from anyone for the last hour, so it looks like the site will be down all weekend, because, hey, they may be a 24/7 business but don’t expect to be in contact with a human being on weekends or between 5PM and 8AM on weekdays.I am advising my client to move to Payfast, whose support is excellent.
Yoco’s transaction fees may be lower than those of Payfast, but woe betide you if you need support
