    The functionality is piss poor! Their “Slack Community” they advertise on website doesn’t even exists and they are 100% confessing that your support request is not even guaranteed to be replied to and IF it is, it will take 3-30 days.
    WTF are you guys doing with your 24 hrs a day?
    Clearly not working on the app. Not even compatible with the latest version of WP…which explains exactly why my site broke upon configuring your plugin.

  • Hello, I’m a customer like you and I regularly use AAM + AAM Protected Media Files and purchased AAM Plus Package. I’m using the latest WordPress version 6.0.1 and I don’t see any issue. Developer Vasyl’s work is marvelous and this guy seems to be very meticulous when I look at his code and the interfaces available to us. This plugin is really complex and it’s the only one to my knowledge that is able to provide such a high and precise level of file protection. I had many exchanges with Vasyl before reaching a sufficient level to use the plugin, well not all the features. Today, my files are protected from direct access via the URL and I can make my site totally private. Buying the AAM Plus Package plugin is the best investment I’ve made and I’m still amazed when I use it. I wanted to express myself on this point and I encourage you not to give up. Leave the plugin aside and start using it again later, it’s really worth it. Good luck…
