    I recently saw my blog presented at 1024 x 768 (the res that most of my viewers have). I hated it! It looked so dull. I’m trying to bring some color into it, and I would LOVE to hear any opinions.

    i dont like the blue as much as the first one.

    Btw, Im at 1440×900 (widescreen) and I dont think it looks dull. What did you see that made it seem that way?

    I’m pretty impressed, I always like seeing a blog that isn’t Kubrick, after all.

    Well, when it’s viewed at 1024 x 768 the “background” is blocked out, so it looks very gray.. and dull!

    thats one vote for regular!

    I like both. Helpful aren’t I ??

    that is pretty cool, the third one i mean. and its def the best.

    can i ask, how did you get the images on your sidebar, its been something ive been thinking about doing for a while, any tips?

    in my stylesheet, i set h3’s in the sidebar to have a background image that does not repeat. you can actually check out my css hover image tutorial, and replace the <a> with <h3>
