• So, I run an internal news site for the company where I work. Included on this site is a calendar. When I first started using this event calendar, I immediately included the holidays for the next three months, hoping to get the rest of the year in as I went.

    Unfortunately I recently started inputting more of the holidays. Granted, this is a lot of information for one calendar as it is a global company. However, it was only after finally having gotten through October, November, and almost all of the Christmas holidays that suddenly all the holidays except those in July just disappeared.
    Now I get to start over again.

    Thanks first of all for taking the time to write a review.

    We saw it coming through and, as you can imagine, were sad to see that you didn’t have the experience we would hope for. As a result, we wanted to follow up with you and learn about how we might improve things.

    The fact that so much work might disappear without warning is obviously alarming, but I have to say it’s an incredibly unusual thing to happen: few if any customers have reported the same thing.

    I took a quick look and couldn’t immediately see any posts by you in the support forum. By no means are you obliged to post there, but it would have been awesome to have a chance to work through this with you and learn about what might have gone wrong.

    In fact, if you do think there is any useful information you might be able to share we’d still love to hear from you.

    All that to say, our apologies once again for the poor experience but I do hope it isn’t something you’ll come up against in the future (and would definitely encourage you to post on our forums if you do experience any further issues).

It does sound like there is something amiss specific to your site here, and we’re definitely still happy to look into this for you and try to troubleshoot if you’d be willing to open a new forum thread.
