Really like BUT updating failed and deleted the Plugin

I really this form for the ability of users to go back and edit their information as well as upload documents and images.

One issue I had was the the last update failed and it removed the plugin from my setup. Everything seemed lost. There did seem to be a solution though in that reinstalling the plugin recovered everything. A bit of a scare but glad to recover all the work.
