<p class=””>I have had Advanced Coupons Free/Premium & Advanced Loyalty Points/Store Credit for over a year, as well as had Advanced Gift Cards for a year, for our WordPress website. We would’ve kept the last one as well, but there wasn’t much purchasing of gift cards from our customers (as is normal for the kratom industry) so we did away with that particular program when we renewed the other two this month.</p>

<p class=””> First, I’d like to state that the features for creating coupons & a robust loyalty program is, hands-down, unparalleled with any other plugin or company I have yet to encounter in my 15 years of ecommerce experience. I, as a marketing manager & webmaster, have never had so much fun & enjoyment at work as I do when I’m setting up new sales & coupon code types. The possibilities are endless & I’m still finding new ways to use it.<br></p>

<p class=””> I would like to find a way for it to work with MailPoet in creating unique codes, I know it has the capability to create endless unique codes if needed but this would be great for sending thank you discount codes or something to customers without using a repeat code each time.<br><br> I also wish the loyalty program had an option to “trade in” for products as well as store credit, but being that it offers only store credit for trading in it does keep it simple, but I hope in the future they may find a way to integrate that as an option. Otherwise, the loyalty program is very simple, straight forward, and has all the features one would need to create a user-friendly interface for both the customer & management. As the only real “tech savvy” person at our company, I can say that it’s been fairly easy to teach the other managers how to use & they enjoy it as well.</p>

<p class=””> The gift cards were also great, but like I said we didn’t have many purchases so I did away with that when renewing this year. But I will absolutely continue to use Advanced Coupon Plugin with WordPress for the foreseeable future & have recommended it to others already. <br><br> I also just finished a weeks-long encounter with their customer service over a javascript/design issue in checkout – for some reason, it wouldn’t show the box in checkout for customers to enter how many points or store credit to trade in with their order, especially on mobile. They were quick to fix that before another issue popped up, where the dropdown menus that show said boxes would not open at all. Fauzan at customer support was amazing, patient, and relentless in finding a solution for our website. I created an admin login for them & they managed it all for me. It was an unusual problem so it took a little while to find a fix, but they did & I am beyond happy!<br><br> Once again, big thanks to Fauzan (they deserve a raise!) for helping out with our website issues & an equally big thanks to the company as a whole for providing the coupon & loyalty points program of my dreams.</p>
