To be in a taxi union already means you want to provide serious and professional services. But as we are more than 15 drivers, to maintain the schedules before we needed at least 3 dedicated employees just to pick up phone calls and make contact with the drivers. Mistakes weren’t uncommon, and often we had unsatisfied clients. Building the portal and adding the online scheduler was the best decision we made.
