Looks Great does not specify WHERE to add send to email

It ooked great at first I styled the CSS and had it looking just right, then I saw it did not send to my email and I realized I had never entered a Send To email address so I looked for where to put the Send To email address for a long time to no avail, and then I googled that for about 2 hours and then I gave up clicked all options in the simple contact form for a long time again, and and I finally found it maybe? I don’t know if the notification field is it or not? Because it still does not send to my Gmail account. But Jetpack contact form sends perfectly. So I reinstalled Jetpack…
