Issue with adding/ subtracting items from catalog

  • I have a website. It has a very simple catalog of items for sale on it. I used to list each item as a page with a general parent page. When I added an item, it added to the catalog view. When I subtracted an item, it subtracted from the catalog view. Now, nothing adds or subtracts – even when I completely delete the item, page and all! HELP! I am stupid at this…but, not that stupid!

    It is a theme. The other thing that I use is cashie commerce to process payments, but I would be happy to try any other free alternative that WORKS! Argh…this is frustrating. Thank you for your help!

    If you find it on that page, go to the plugins own page and click on the support tab – scroll down to post there.

    These forums only support themes and plugins from this site, so help for commercial products is limited to general WP help. Along those lines, if your site is behaving badly (not the way it usually does) you could try deactivating all your plugins to see if any may be causing problems.

    If you’re looking for alternatives, there are many ecommerce plugins that might work as well as free themes – all on this site.
