• Cool addons, but have spent a lot of time trying to make them work they way I want. Just be aware that there are their flaws.

    Hi Kyle,

    First of all, we’re so sorry for any inconvenience you are having. I totally appreciate your frustration.

    I’ve checked all the tickets you submitted on our support system and I can see they are all replied and the team are doing their best to help

    We never ignore tickets or support requests from our clients and we will never do that.

    On the other hand, I can see that one of the team member has already clarified that one of the points you mentioned was not even caused by our plugin but the theme you’re using.

    I’ve assigned your tickets priority to highest to be checked and replied ASAP.

    We would greatly appreciate if you could reconsider changing your rating.

    They reply, every 2 or 3 days with a question – not a solution. Everyone says highest priority and they don’t respond for half a week (how’s that highest priority?)

    Like I said, to the customer service person, it’s not a theme I made. It’s a theme on wordpress site. Having said that, I’ve already changed my theme just for this plug in.

    How about everything else above:
    Image hotspot not working at all after spending hours toying with it? (it was working until I woke up.)
    Horizontal scroll animations can’t animate when page is opened (not possible?)
    Can’t have multiple vertical scrolls on one page?

    I’ll change my rating if you solve these problems in a reasonable time. How about that?

    Update:

    They have solved two of my first 3 problems and say they are working on the 3rd.
