We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the experience you had with our theme. We did our best to create a free theme that users could enjoy and use without having to change the theme’s files.
However, if users want to make changes we offer support for our themes here on www.remarpro.com and on our website. We would have been more than happy to point you in the right direction and help you save time.
The documentation on our website is mostly for our premium themes, which is why it probably did not help as much seeing as you are using the Lite/free version which is a different theme. Please next time reach out to us should you encounter any issues with the theme. We value our clients and their feedback and we answer all support tickets we receive in the shortest possible time.
We also accept features requests and feedback on GitHub in order to help us improve the theme, if you are willing to share your thoughts. Allegiant Lite is far from perfect, but we are getting there thanks to all the feedback we receive.
