Really bad support & full of bugs

We really care about your problems and issues you are having using this plugin.
Can you share a little more of your experience?
Have you filed issues to our github project? I know we’ve been out for a while there, but we are trying our best, even with really short staff, to keep up with all community issues. Im really sorry if we let you down by not being really fast and responsive.

If you already did it, please point me to your case that I’ll try my best to fix it as fast as I can.

While opening an new issue, please make sure you get all the transformed content you are missing. We need you to click in the link “[Toggle debug information]” in the “Instant Articles” meta-box and then copy and past the both editor’s text: “Source Markup” and “Transformed Markup”.

Can you share a little more specifics about the bugs you experienced? This way, we can try to resolve them for you and/or let you know of fixes that already exist.
