  • our agency been using free version for years and always had great experience…
    either you don’t know what you are doing or you are unlucky. we have a bit less than a 100 website using it.

    We had an old backup from 2017 this morning that we wanted to restore but got stuck on 98%
    Sent a mail through their website, got an answer straight away (less than 30min)
    after 5-6 exchange, the problem was identified and they helped me to fix it. Website live!

    a year ago I had a backup corrupted – they fixed it for me in less than 24hours.

    All this for the free version – I really don’t know which channel did you guys use to get support…

    I do think, i know what i do ??
    (16 Years developing WordPress sites, web apps, themes and plugins)

    It sounds very good, but unreal ?? we contact them a few times by mail and the answers was always useless (using the free and the premium)
