Really bad plugin

It appears you reached out to us once via a support thread about an issue you encountered. I can totally recall that I responded to your query with proper clarification. After that, you didn’t respond to that. But, suddenly you gave us this review.

Could you please let me know why exactly you think the plugin is bad whereas more than 90 thousand people are using this plugin happily on their websites? If you had contacted us, we could have resolved the issues ??

@testx123 It’s strange that the plugin seemed Expensive and not worthy to you. I bought if few days ago, I usually don’t give reviews in WP Repo. But I love the plugin and thought it worth a review.

It has a lot of options that made my workflow easier than ever. Recently they added email automation which helps me to automate my emails from my wordpress dashboard without any 3rd party email automation tool.

And bout pricing, I am using Agency plan. That comes with their all of the plugins available including the future ones. How come it seemed Expensive to you I don’t know.

Anyways, everyone has their own feedback but as a regular user it seemed odd to me so I had to reply to you.
I dont know whats your issue, but don’t ruin a products reputation without trying to solve it. cheers ??
