Real Time Streaming Protocol (rtsp)

  • i want to let my mobile visitors to be able to steam audio and video from their mobile device but it appears the streaming is only working on blackberry mobile devices but not working on lower end mobile phones i.e Nokia S40. Please is there anyway to enable rtsp streaming just like youtube mobile video streaming that working even on Nokia S40 devices.

    It doesn’t only work on Blackberries. It works on any smart phone. The audio player is either Soundmanager2.js (if compact) or the HTML5 audio player (if extended). The video player is HTML5 video or (if it’s an FLV video) a SWF object. However, as Flightbox is not enabled on Mobile devices, there is no video streaming on mobile, unless you tell video files to open up in a new tab and let their browser handle the streaming.
