Real-time stats – crashes site

    For the last three updates each time I reactive Real-time stats the site crashes, obviously I paid for this extension so when will the issue be resolved? Copy of error message below.

    You said one week ago this would be resolved in the next version.

    I have just updated to Version 13.1.1 and yes the paid addon crashed my site.

    Can you please advise when this issue will be resolved?
