Real-Time Log Issue

    I have been using this plugin for a while now. All of a sudden, I noticed that the plugin does not show all user activity anymore. It seems to only show users from my own IP address. I have a membership website and I can see progress of certain courses users take. Many users have a lot of progress, but on the Real-Time Log, it never shows that they were ever on the website.

    Any help would be appreciated.
