• Lately my website has usage problems, and 508 errors. So I installed your plugin to help me diagnose what is wrong. PHP Memory & RAM update in real time, but CPU load is always at 0%. Even though I know this is wrong. By comparing with cpanel STATISTICS or the day’s RESOURCE USAGE. Any idea what might be causing this?

    Hi,
If you check the plugin code you will see that the plugin runs some Linux commands to get that data. So, if your server is reporting it in the wrong way (based on how it’s setup) then there is nothing that can be done by the plugin. In this case, I will suggest you to check the cPanel CPU usage data.

thank you very much for your speedy reply. If my server is set up the wrong way, can you tell me what is missing, so I can speak to my host? Also, what might the other symptoms be of that fault? Perhaps that is related to my recent resource usage issue?

    Thank you!

    Hi,
If you have access to the shell, can you run the following command to see what data you see? Cause this is the shell command plugin uses to get the current CPU load: https://pastebin.com/xnwTQu7q
