Real Physical Media and Media File Renamer – Not moving files

    Hello,

    my page isn’t showing any pictures anymore.
    I guess because the URL is messed up.
    I did try to use the function “You can automatically sort all files you have already sorted with Real Media Library in a physical way.” in Real Physical Media plugin settings, and it shows Success, but sadly nothing actually happened.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Have you contacted the developers at Real Physical Media? I guess that’s where the debug should start ??

    Yes, I did.
    There is no answer so far on this issue.

    The moving of the files is handled by Media File Renamer, that’s why I’m trying it here. ??

    What reason it could have?
    Maybe because the upload folder contains webp-files or others?

    Are webp-files and other images sizes also moved with the related images?

    Yes, the file is being moved by Media File Renamer, but if the file exists, it can be moved (file rights), there are no issues.

    Thing is to debug this properly, you would need to replicate the issue with only Media File Renamer enabled, and try to rename a few files. Maybe it’s linked to the encoding of the file?

    I’m still waiting for an answer. :/

    Replicating isn’t possible for me, because it just happened while moving images from folder to folder using RPM and clicking some buttons.
    I’m not familiar with the behavior of RPM.

    I guess I must wait for their answer.
    Let’s hope they have an answer for me. ??
