Real number of products sold

  • I have Product Bundle plugin because I have different offers for my product, based on quantity. I created different bundle products that are made by the same product, the difference is the quantity present in each bundle.

    What I noticed is this: when I see the Woocommerce report of the month (or week), it shows the income of the month, number of orders, and number of items (products) sold. This last number is wrong. I just sell one product (through different bundles based on quantity) and the real number of products sold is different from the number shown in the report. For example, this month I sold 21 products (single or in bundle with the SAME product, but more quantity), but woocommerce report says 29, even if the real number is 21.

    Do you need the admin access? Bundles are made by the same product. But, as I said before, there is an error between the total number of products sold and the woocommerce report page.

    For example, the real numbers in october 2020 are:

    1) orders: 30
    2) products sold: 80 (each one of the 30 orders is made by 1 or more products – the same product – in bundle)

    In woocommerce report page, I see 30 orders (correct) and 103 products sold (not correct, they are 80, not 103).

    don’t share this kind of data because this is a public forum. Ths is normal because the “Bundle” are products. We send your reporting to our developers to add an option to exclude it from WooCommerce report in a future update.
