real lower price in past 30 days

    Hello,

    i noticed that the lower price method get the lower variation price in past 30days and not the real lower price.
    An example: price is set to €10.00, in a middle day of 30 days period I make one price change to €20.00, in this scenario the plugin get €20.00 as lower price of past 30 days but the real lower price is instead €10,00.
    So i’m asking if is there a method to take the real lower price if there is not variation price lower than the last price before the 30 days period?

    Thank you for reaching out and explaining the issue. It sounds like the plugin might not be capturing the lowest price correctly over the specified period. To better understand and resolve this issue, could you please provide the following:

    1. A screenshot of the Lowest Price settings page.
    2. A screenshot of the Product Price History table that shows all recorded prices along with their respective dates.
    3. A link to the product page in question.

    These details will help us to diagnose the issue more accurately and suggest a proper solution.

    Thanks for the screenshots. It seems to be alright. The product was put on sale on May 10th, and the lowest price within the 30 days prior to the sale was €23.95, dating back to May 8th.

    Yes but the real lower price was € 16.76 added on April 9, until May 8th when the price was changed to €23.95, in this case the real lower price in past 30 days was € 16.76 right?

    Yes, you are right. The plugin currently identifies the lowest price from all the price changes that occurred in the 30-day period prior to the start of the sale. If there are no price changes during this period, it defaults to the last known price.

    I will discuss this issue with our team, and we plan to address it in the next update of the plugin.
