Do you require the plugin to auto detect user’s time-zone and then display the time slots according to that?

Yes, that is what we need, my client has 17,000 “business/entreprenuer” clients worldwide & they will just not take the time to fool around trying to figure out what a 10:00 am appointment in pacific time zone means for them in their time zone . . . auto calculation would be the ultimate option, however, if you could just configure the addon of a timezone drop down they could choose their time zone & then the calendar would make the adjustment in time to their time zone . . . I hope that clarifies what it is we need in a calendar/appointment scheduler, as to layout, staff & wordpress backend layout you do have the best, but we “really” need a timezone adjustment feature . . .

Ok, so how does it work exactly, as a client I choose time, say as 9:30 my time as shown on the time choice box? & it then shows up on calendar & internal wp admin schedule for the coaches as 11:30 their time? If that’s how it works it’s great . . . let me know :>)

Hi Linda,

You can setup your timezone settings through plugin’s
Settings Menu Page –> Admin Settings Option

To test it, change your system timezone time. Try to book as client through User Interface. Time slots time will be display according to your system time zone.

Client will be notify according to its timezone time and admin will be notify according to its timezone settings saved in plugin settings.

Also check the both emails for difference. Change admin email through Notification Settings by assigning your email.

Hi Frank;
I went in to admin settings reset time zone – added staff member Asara, left my time zone on one computer as alaska time & changed time zone to eastern on another computer, went to the appointment calendar clicked on the 14th of May & the only times that are appearing is 5 times all showing as 12:00 am . . . it works on the computer where time zone is same as admin settings but not on computer where I set the computer time zone as eastern time zone? My client really wants to be able to use this as soon as possible, your help is greatly appreciated . . .

Ok, so it doesn’t work in internet explorer (10 windows 8) but works in firefox (windows 8), works in chrome, & safari . . .

Did you send us screen snap with timezone settings where you getting timeslots 5 times as 12:00 AM?
