• Background: I am setting up a WordPress page to replace my department’s old page which is edited in Dreamweaver. I’m the only one in the department with any knowledge of HTML or CSS. Since I am leaving my job in June, I’m trying to leave them with something where the content can be updated by someone just using the Visual version of the editor.

What I want to do: Our old page has course schedules in tables with the date, lecture topic, lecturer, and assigned readings. I want a way to provide the program director with a ready-to-fill table when she creates a new course page. The table content will be typed in, not pulled from a database. What is the best way to accomplish this? Is there a way to do it with page templates? Should I create a generic page and get a duplicate-page plug-in?
