Ready Invoice & packing Slips – no templates found

    I am running Ready Ecommerce Shopping Cart and have purchased
    Ready! Invoices and packing lists Extension

    To date I have not been able to find customisable template as the plugin states. It just does not do anything – has anyone been able to make use of it and make it work?
    I do not want to and am not able to re-write the HTML file as was suggested to me.
    This should be an easy piece of software, ready to use.

    If yes can you share with me how, please
