Readme updates don’t require version change

Just a heads of from another plugin dev, you can commit changes to the live readme without pushing a new version tag. This prevents users updating just so you can add a video for instance ;).
Update the reamde in /trunk/readme.txt as well as /tags/{current_version}/readme.txt then commit.
15 minutes later www.remarpro.com reflects those changes and nobody has to update.
