    Adding en-ca gives you the Canadian translation of the plugin, and since it’s not translated, the cache is pulling out the wrong things. Known caching issue.

    Also, since his version is 2.3.2 and he’s not using the /tags directory correctly, the correct Stable Tag for his plugin should be “trunk”.
